Job Description Account Manager (80% Commercial, 20% Personal)
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, with a focus on heavy habitational properties such as condo associations, HOAs, and townhomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with agents and virtual assistants to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will work closely with agents and virtual assistants to ensure seamless service delivery.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $45,000 - $62,000 annually (eligible for a raise after one year)
- Benefits :
- Support from a team of virtual assistants
- Positive and collaborative work environment
- Manage a book of business, primarily consisting of commercial accounts (80%) and personal accounts (20%).
- Handle accounts with a focus on heavy habitational properties, including 3,900 condo associations, HOAs, and townhomes.
- Quote new and renewal business, with approximately 70% of the role involving brokerage.
- Collaborate closely with agents and virtual assistants to provide exceptional client service.
- Utilize Hawksoft software initially, transitioning to EPIC in October.
- Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with familiarity in working with brokers and managing habitational accounts.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in insurance management software (Hawksoft and EPIC preferred).
