Regional Director of Clinical Operations

Empowered Staffing is partnered with a fast-growing consulting firm that works with organizations across the long-term care industry to improve operations, clinical performance, and overall facility success. The company has built a strong reputation in the space and is backed by an experienced and highly successful executive team with deep expertise in skilled nursing and senior care.

Currently, the company is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to lead both the clinical and operational performance of a skilled nursing facility in Alabaster, AL.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic oversight of all clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care and positive clinical outcomes.
Monitor quality measures and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction and regulatory performance.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
Partner with nursing leadership to develop and implement clinical best practices.
Support survey readiness and lead corrective action planning as needed.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility while providing guidance and support to the Administrator.
Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaborate with corporate teams on budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue while maintaining high standards of care.
Implement process improvements that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Alabama.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within skilled nursing or long-term care.
Previous experience overseeing clinical operations in a skilled nursing facility.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality measures, and survey processes.
Previous multi-site or regional leadership experience within skilled nursing or post-acute care (preferred).
Familiarity with revenue cycle management and reimbursement processes.
