The Technician will oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants, which include fixing appliances, carpentry, drywall, electrical, tile, painting, fixing toilets/plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition, the Technician will provide support and assist with remodels and new restaurant openings. The successful person for the position is a self-starter, versatile, and is able to travel daily, to facilitate projects and repairs.Personable, results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter. Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.As an integral member of the Facilities and Maintenance Team, this position is responsible for:Multi-skilled Craftsmen who can work both independently and with others.Effective communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant facilities.Ability to work indoors/outdoors on ladders and rooftops in the winter and on call by pager.Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
