Position Summary

We are searching for a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our client’s fast-paced 3PL warehouse team in McKinney, TX. This position is responsible for ordering picking trucking parts using a cherry picker and reach truck and navigating racks up to 30 feet high while following all warehouse safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and cherry picker to retrieve items from racks up to 25–30 feet high
• Use an RF scanner to scan locations and confirm picks
• Read pick tickets and product codes to accurately select the correct parts
• Follow strict safety protocols, including use of harnesses while elevated
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Report inventory issues, errors, or damaged product as needed
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience operating a reach truck and cherry picker
• Comfortable working at elevated heights (25–30 ft)
• Able to use an RF scanner to scan and confirm picks
• Capable of reading alphanumeric codes to identify the correct products
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures, including being strapped in at height
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Steel toe shoes/boots required

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Compensation: $18.00 per hour
• Application Period: This position will remain open until filled

Work Schedule

• 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
