US Experienced Financial Advisor

As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional advisors. Your role focuses on meeting clients’ long‑term financial goals and making a positive impact in the community. Key Responsibilities Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results. Create a highly engaging environment of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing. Receive a firm‑provided branch office and client‑support network. Work independently while being supported by a regional team and home office. Skilled at long‑term relationship building and client problem solving. Critical thinking, sound judgment, and passion for new opportunities.
