RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance Ability to be part of a Team focused environment and support meeting agency goals Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders

QUALIFICATIONS:
