About the Role As a Client Service Representative , you will support our emergency, critical care and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests. Responsibilities Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person. Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with clients via phone and email to keep them informed and engaged. Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files with meticulous attention to detail. Compensation $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience Weekend differential: +$3/hr Overnight differential: +$2/hr Schedule Full Time (rotating schedule available) Week 1: Monday - Thursday, 2pm - 12am Week 2: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 2pm - 2am What We're Looking For Exceptional First Impressions: Outstanding communication and customer service skills to ensure clients and referring veterinarians feel valued and supported.
