Our client, a leader in document management and storage solutions, is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and storage team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay Range: $19.21

Shift: Other (07:00 AM - 03:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Lift and lower cartons from/to pallet and workstation, handling weights from 30-50 lbs with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods to facilitate order processing and storage tasks.
• Read and write English to accurately process orders and labels.
• Use proprietary computer systems and handheld scanners to track and locate boxes and materials.
• Climb and balance on ladders to access storage areas and ensure proper handling of inventory.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a physical or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive lifting and moving tasks.
• Good reading and writing skills in English for order processing and labeling.
• Comfortable working on uneven surfaces and operating material handling equipment.
