Commercial Loan Administrator

I'm partnering with a financial institution seeking a detail-oriented professional to join its commercial lending team!

This is a great opportunity for someone with banking experience who enjoys working with loan documentation, coordinating transactions, and supporting the commercial lending process from application through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate commercial loan applications and track outstanding documentation, financials, appraisals, and due diligence items.
Prepare, review, and maintain commercial loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with loan closings, renewals, modifications, UCC filings, and construction loan advances.
Partner with commercial lending officers, attorneys, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
Ensure loan documentation complies with credit approval terms and applicable regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of banking experience, ideally with exposure to lending or loan documentation.
A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, combined with at least one year of banking experience, is also welcome.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Familiarity with loan origination systems is a plus.
