Associate, Supervisory (Trailside Point)

Cafeteria Supervisor

Prefer high school diploma or general education degree (GED), or such experience as deemed equivalent.

Reports To: Principal

Job Goal: Supervises, organizes, and re-directs student behavior while at recess or lunch either indoors or outdoors.

Performance Responsibilities:

1. Monitors students for safe activity while students in the cafeteria during lunch periods in serving lines, while eating, and during cafeteria dismissal;
2. Reports all student injuries, accidents, illnesses, and discipline problems to the appropriate authority immediately, or as soon as reasonably possible; Assists students in securing trays, food, seating, and dismissal;
3. Assists cafeteria staff in cleaning up spills, accidents, etc;
4. Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities; Complies with and supports school and division regulations and policies;
5. Performs other lunchroom supervisory duties as assigned by building administrator(s).
6. Perform other job duties as assigned.

3. Monitor special system(s), not limited to, including security and fire alarm systems.
