ICS Global Soft, Inc.: Senior QA Tester (Remote) with Security Clearance Position: Senior QA Tester Location: Washington, DC (Remote) Duration: 12+ months contract Job Description List of Tasks to be Performed: Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures. Overseeing the drafting of testing documents. Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. Reviewing and analyzing system specifications. Collaborating with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results. Evaluating product code according to specifications. Creating logs to document testing phases and defects. Reporting bugs and errors to development teams. Helping troubleshoot issues. Ensuring compliance with industry standards. Required Experience Level Minimum of 7 years’ experience, in technology or software development preferred. Proficient in manual and automated testing methodologies and techniques. Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and test scripts. Knowledge of QA processes and best practices. Proficiency with automated testing tools and frameworks to perform automated testing to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Experience in using AI-assisted tools for test case creation or execution (a plus). Strong analytical and reasoning skills for effective problem‑solving. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with the team. Attention to detail and ability to identify and report bugs effectively.
