Entry Level Manufacturing / Operations Trainer (Bilingual) - No Experience Required - must be bilingual in Spanish and English

M-F 6AM - 6PM OR 6PM - 6AM

$17/hr day shift / $18.25/hr night shift

Job Summary

Responsible for training employees in the safe and efficient operation of aluminum billet casting equipment and processes. Ensures employees understand safety procedures, production standards, and quality requirements. Must also be available to step in and cover cast house positions as needed due to employee absences or staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new and existing employees on cast house operations, equipment, and procedures.
• Provide hands-on training in aluminum billet casting, quality inspections, and production processes.
• Communicate safety requirements, PPE, and safe work practices in English and Spanish.
• Evaluate employee competency and maintain training records.
• Fill in for absent employees and assist with daily cast house operations as needed.
• Support safety, quality, and production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish .
• Experience in aluminum casting, billet production, or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to train employees, follow safety procedures, and perform cast house duties when coverage is needed.
• Willingness to work the required shifts and support changing staffing needs.
