Works in collaboration with the child/adolescent, their family and community partners in a person-centered, solution focused, strength-based approach. Assists families in planning, linking, advocacy, coordination, and monitoring of goals, needs and strategies in the community. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline. CMP-one to three years’ experience depending on degree, providing treatment to children/adolescents.
