Location Statesboro Campus - Statesboro, GA Department Information Mechanical Maintenance Job Summary Perform routine and semi-skilled HVAC maintenance work whileassisting skilled employees with routine maintenance and repairs.Assists with routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipmentto help keep systems operating properly. Responsibilities Assists skilled HVAC employees with routine inspection,maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, andair-conditioning systems Performs basic tasks such as changing filters, cleaningequipment, lubricating components, and maintaining work areas Assists with the installation, removal, and replacement ofbasic HVAC components and equipment under supervision Uses basic hand and power tools to support HVAC maintenance andrepair activities Reports equipment issues, unusual conditions, and neededrepairs to higher- level HVAC employees or supervisors Required Qualifications Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience Two (2) or more years related work experience Proposed Salary $17.13 - $20.96 per hour This is an exempt position paid on a biweeklybasis.
