Project Manager

Tutor Perini Building Corp is seeking a Project Manager to join our project in Pocola, OK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading large, high‑profile construction projects and ensuring client satisfaction, safety and budget compliance. Responsibilities Negotiate contracts with client/owner, maintain positive relationships and resolve disputes. Demonstrate complete understanding and awareness of the contract and ability to estimate, recognize changes and take appropriate action. Monitor jobsite safety and take appropriate action to address and correct deficiencies. Develop cash flow projection with the Project Controller. Approve time and material rates. Correspond with client/owner/architect and subcontractors. Approve final bid packages to the subcontractor list. Review pay applications with owners. Prepare and distribute delay notices to owner and architect per contract conditions. Negotiate subcontractor changes. Provide proactive claims protection. Track and monitor all cost reports. Update all labor and unit projections. Monitor third‑party work authorization. Approve payments to suppliers and subcontractors. Review PCO quotes, negotiate changes and provide claims protection. Settle union jurisdictional disputes in coordination with the superintendent. Monitor schedule and participate in schedule meetings. Submit insurance claims to the Safety Engineer. Monitor CCIP activities and safety program. Chair architect/owner/contractor meetings and generate and distribute accurate minutes. Develop procurement log and track progress to ensure compliance with the project schedule. Analyze and resolve construction process problems and issues, and effectively communicate and interface with all levels of personnel. Utilize excellent written, oral and team communication skills. Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, including health, safety, and welfare. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited institution and at least 10 years of relevant estimating, project management and/or construction experience; or 14+ years of experience if the degree requirement is not met. High school diploma or GED. Previous experience as a Project Manager for building construction projects exceeding $50M in value. Knowledge of lodging and gaming vocabulary and facility program components. Proficient with MS Office, ProLog, SureTrak, Primavera or similar software. Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
