Associate Product Manager – Commercial Auto AssuranceAmerica invites you to join our team and revolutionize the insurance industry with artificial intelligence and machine learning. About the Role Design, develop, and launch AI‑driven products that optimize pricing, underwriting, claims, and customer experience while meeting regulatory requirements. Conduct market research, analyze data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to align with business goals. Use AI and ML expertise to extract actionable insights for pricing and profitability, enabling data‑driven decisions and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Sales, IT, Claims, and Customer Service/Underwriting teams to ensure successful product delivery. About You A visionary who conceptualizes innovative ideas while keeping focus on the bigger picture. A disruptive thinker with a pioneering spirit, unafraid to take calculated risks. Requirements Master’s degree in a STEM related field with a concentration in AI and/or ML. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Extended periods sitting at a workstation using a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
