We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator Intern to join our internal team. This role is a hands-on opportunity to learn the staffing industry from the ground up, supporting our recruiting team with candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage active and passive candidates using job boards, social media, and our internal ATS (Bullhorn).
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal recruiters or client hiring managers.
- Manage job postings across various platforms and assist with updating candidate statuses accurately.
- Conduct initial phone prescreens and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software platforms.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork capabilities.
