Customer Relations Specialist I, PSA

We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist I to join our PSA Customer Relations team. The position is full‑time onsite at our Boca Raton, FL office, reporting to the Assistant Manager, Customer Relations. What You’ll Do Exercise discretion and exhibit sound judgment when engaging with customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find appropriate solutions for customer responses. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using department protocols. Resolve queries by clarifying the customer’s issue, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution. Process customer adjustments and maintain accounts. Continuously update the department spreadsheet of incoming orders. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead or supervisor. Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. This role requires onsite presence 5 days per week. Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. At least 6 months of relevant customer relations experience. Strong problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, listening, and empathetic interpersonal skills. Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team. Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems. Experience with Salesforce is preferred. Ability to keep emotions under control and remain open to new ideas. Physical Requirements Computer use: typing, mouse work, and extended periods of sitting at a computer. Hand use: regular use for various tasks. Hearing requirements: ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Lifting and carrying: ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 pounds. Phone answering and texting may be required. Sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Hourly Rate The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $18, subject to variation based on location, experience, and skill set.
