Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of landscape construction projects, including planting, hardscaping, and site preparation.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment as needed.
• Load and unload materials, such as soil, mulch, and plants.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite throughout the project.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing a loaded wheelbarrow.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 per hour , depending on experience.
