We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives for a leading healthcare organization.
Must Have:- 8+ years of experience in Delivery / Program / Project Management
- Strong end-to-end application development delivery ownership
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory
- Strong AWS / Cloud experience
- Experience with AI / Generative AI initiatives
- Strong technical background preferably started as a Software Developer/Engineer and transitioned into Delivery/Program Leadership
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, BA and Operations
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong experience in risk, dependency, resource and delivery management
- Experience with cloud migration / modernization and digital transformation
- Data Center Modernization
- Enterprise architecture and data platforms
- Cloud migration and application modernization
- Portfolio / vendor management
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives
- Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets and resources
- Lead cross-functional engineering and business teams
- Drive governance, risk management and issue resolution
- Provide executive-level status reporting
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and releases
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with business objectives
Preferred: Candidates local to Hartford, CT. Open to strong candidates located in EST or CST who can work EST hours.
