Customer Service / Scheduler

About the Role We are seeking a reliable, personable Customer Service Representative to join a close-knit team supporting a growing local manufacturing business. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing a high volume of inbound service requests, routine inquiries, and ongoing communication across multiple channels.  

• Position Title: Customer Service Representative/Scheduler
• Location: Warminster, PA (On-site)
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to hire
• Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming phone calls, customer emails, and web portal requests in a fast-paced setting.

• Maintain accurate customer accounts, order scheduling, and service histories using QuickBooks and dedicated operations software.

• Provide attentive, professional customer support while collaborating closely with a small internal office team.
