Premium Bartender – Empower Field – Mile High Administration – Overhead Requisition #663995 – Location: Denver, CO 80204 Compensation : The hourly rate is $22.75. Benefits vary by location and eligibility. Scheduling : This is an hourly, seasonal, part‑time position. Shifts are scheduled via the ReadyOn flex workforce app. No minimum guaranteed hours per week; hours will not exceed 25 hours per week on average annually. Job Description Provides exceptional guest hospitality and is responsible for timely and efficient set up, service and break down of Premium Bars. Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi‑task. Must operate efficiently in a fast‑paced, demanding environment. Must serve alcoholic beverages responsibly adhering to the Aramark Alcohol Policy. Job Responsibilities Mixes and serves alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages. Provides servers with drinks from the service well. Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, checking patrons’ identification for age verification. Adheres to payment handling policies. Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing. Conducts inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels. Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring satisfaction. Maintains a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, co‑workers. Reviews BEOs, timelines, event notes, diagrams with supervisor and MOD. Attends pre‑shift meeting before each event. Follows the Premium POS SOP to ensure accurate event billing. Breaks down workstations in accordance with closing checklists and sanitation guidelines. Removes ice, lemons, limes and other perishable items to designated dump location. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification. Arrives on time and in full uniform to each scheduled shift. Adheres to Aramark alcohol and tip policies. Maintains a high level of professionalism. All Premium Bartenders must have a corkscrew/wine key as part of uniform. Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium. Maintains good personal hygiene and a clean appearance. Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, and able to prioritize. Detail oriented. Can work under pressure and adapt to change quickly. Dependable and punctual. Can read, write, and speak English.
