GSOC Supervisor

Lead shift-level threat triaging, incident response, and crisis management using established escalation and impact matrices.Direct live quality control across all shift deliverables, including report writing, verbal briefings, and incident standardization.Oversee team scheduling, ensure complete coverage, and lead GSOC operations managers when needed.Serve as a leadership liaison, align regional operations with peer supervisors, and foster a team culture built on psychological safety.Identify training gaps, strengthen GSOC workflows, and advocate AI integration to continually advance regional operational capabilities.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence or a military role, or equivalent private sector experience.Preferred qualifications:Deep expertise in managing CCTV, access control systems, and incident response frameworks.Understanding of geopolitical trends, emerging international threats, and macro-level risk dynamics.Proven track record of delivering high-quality, customer-oriented security programs and operations.Exceptional ethical standards with a demonstrated ability to manage sensitive, highly confidential information diplomatically.Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills to evaluate threats and drive proactive solutions.Excellent people management and leadership capabilities with a track record of building collaborative cross-team relationships.Security is at the core of Google's design and development process: it is built into the DNA of our products.
