Job Summary The Event Marketer will attend scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers. Assigned to trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, you will work to exceed lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager. Responsibilities Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations with high energy and positive engagement techniques. Work independently while keeping the manager informed. Generate and capture show leads for award-winning products. Set up and tear down event booths, lifting up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. Attention to detail and punctuality. Self‑motivated with strong desire to educate potential customers. High energy and ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to use company system to generate qualified leads. Smartphone for company timekeeping application and lead submission. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission; paid weekly on Fridays. Compensation increases based on event performance. Paid training and flexible scheduling.
