Key Job Elements:

• Welcome visitors as soon as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate person or office;

• Handle incoming phone calls, screen them, and forward them as necessary;

• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials;

• Offer basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, or email;

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries;

• Follow safety procedures and control access via the reception desk;

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing;

• Perform other administrative duties supporting the corporate services team, as needed.

• Detail oriented and thorough in completing work tasks;

• Honest and ethical;

• Reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations;

• Strong ability to provide excellent customer service;

• Effective verbal and written communication skills;

• Proficiency in using office equipment and software;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Essential and Physical Activities Functions:

• Strength – Must be able to lift 40 lbs;

• Motion – The position is primarily in an office setting requiring sitting at the desk the majority of the day;

• Vision/Hearing Requirements – May spend long periods of time in front of computer screen;

• Work Environment- Will spend the majority of time in office environment, although exposed occasionally to plant facilities requiring exposure to hot and cold environments along with noise exposure;

• Emotional Demands – Must have good communications skills;

• Safety – Not a safety sensitive position but does requires the use of PPE when in a production environment.
