About the role .

What you'll be doing.

The Utility Worker is responsible for removing foreign material and defects from the production line flow as directed, ensuring product quality and compliance. This role requires working on production lines in the P3 area and participating in scheduled cleanups to maintain cleanliness standards. Complete knowledge and proficiency in two positions are required, with certification awarded upon learning the first position and achieving certification for the second within one year. The individual must adhere to all directives related to quality control and sanitation, supporting overall factory operations. Your day-to-day may consist of:

• Trim defects and remove foreign material from raw product using proper techniques and cut-resistant gloves to minimize waste.
• Hand-sort and inspect product and bags, ensuring efficient sorting and adherence to sanitation standards to avoid contamination.
• Form cases, prepare bags, and operate at line speed while maintaining a clean, orderly work area, including periodic factory cleanups with tools and chemicals.
• Work safely in environments with extreme temperatures and loud noise, consistently promoting job safety and continuous improvement.
• Notify appropriate personnel of quality or production issues, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

This role works in a manufacturing environment with potential exposure to loud noises, strong odors, temperature fluctuations, moving machinery, wet or humid conditions, hazardous chemicals, high or confined areas, extreme temperatures, and vibration throughout various facility areas. This role also regularly engages in prolonged standing, walking, communicating, and sensory tasks throughout each shift, while frequently handling objects, climbing, balancing, and performing various physical movements such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as part of job duties. The use of close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus is required.


Available Shift: 3 rd Shift (10PM-6AM) Monday-Friday, shift differential offered.

What you'll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in manufacturing and/or food manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification required.

• Maintains a continuous learning mindset and adapts quickly to new equipment, processes, and roles.
• Demonstrates strong technical ability with a digital-first approach, embracing new technologies and accurately entering data.
• Communicates clearly with all levels of the organization, follows instructions (written/oral/diagram form), and completes necessary documentation independently in English.
• Pays close attention to detail, prioritizing product quality, safety, and accurate record-keeping.
• Physically capable of meeting job requirements and consistently brings a positive, team-focused attitude to work.
• Demonstrates adaptability, technical proficiency, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills while working independently or collaboratively to ensure effective and logical decision-making in diverse situations.
• Demonstrates the physical capability to bend frequently and lift heavy objects (up to 65 pounds), alongside proficiency in safely operating Powered Industrial Vehicles to support workplace operations.

Compensation Package : - Starting at 26.06 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
