Key Responsibilities

• Mail & Package Handling: Check the office mail daily/weekly, sort incoming correspondence, and drop off outgoing packages or certified mail at the post office/UPS.
• Facilities & Office Upkeep: Perform light walkthroughs of the office/facility to ensure things are neat, stocked, and secure.
• Errands & Deliveries: Complete quick local errands around the Ferndale/Bellingham area (supplies runs, drop-offs, hardware runs as needed).
• General Administrative Support: Assist with basic office tasks such as scanning documents, filing, organized record-keeping, or simple data entry.
• On-Site Point of Contact: Occasionally meet on-site vendors, delivery drivers, or service technicians when full-time staff are off-site.

Requirements

• Location: Must live near Ferndale, WA for quick, convenient access to the office.
• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation required for local errands.
• Reliability: Strong track record of dependability, punctuality, and clear communication.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with basic email, online navigation, and mobile apps.
