About the Role

The Company is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives. This role involves owning the team's revenue performance, forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in establishing consistent operating rhythms, partnering with the executive team on go-to-market strategy, and remaining actively involved in complex enterprise opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales leadership, experience in managing Mid-Market and/or Enterprise Account Executives, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should possess strong B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in hospitality, restaurant, or related technologies. The role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on involvement, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. Experience in developing scalable sales processes, playbooks, and methodologies is essential, as is the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales execution and customer outcomes. The VP of Sales will be expected to have strong forecasting, pipeline management, coaching, and performance management skills, and a background in HubSpot is highly valued.
