Our client, an industry leader in agriculture, is seeking a Harvest Corn Sorter to join their team. As a Harvest Corn Sorter, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the quality and efficiency of the harvesting process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Harvest Corn Sorter **Location:** Switz City, IN **Pay Range:** $17 for 1st shift, $20 for 2nd shift **Shift: 1st, 6:30am-3pm / 2nd, 2:30pm-11pm** **What's the Job?** + Safely sort corn by removing waste and damaged cobs to ensure high-quality seed production + Identify off-type ears, moldy or immature ears, and other debris for proper disposal or re-husking + Maintain cleanliness of work environment by sweeping and removing debris as needed + Work from a standing position in front of a conveyor belt for the duration of the shift + Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE, including safety glasses and gloves **What's Needed?** + Ability to stand for extended periods and walk up and down stairs + Ability to work in an environment with potential allergens such as corn dust and husk + Must be 18 years or older + Reliable attendance and punctuality **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with trusted brands in a fast-paced, safe environment + Engage in meaningful work supporting agricultural productivity + Work schedule of 6 days a week with 8-hour shifts + Potential for ongoing employment during the harvest season If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
