Working remotely, the full-time Oregon Licensed People Experience Analyst will serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership, guiding HR processes, analytics, and employee relations to enhance employee experience and engagement across complex populations. Key responsibilities: Advise business leadership on complex HR policies and practices, shaping culture and engagement strategies Execute HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle and provide coaching on performance management Lead cross-functional initiatives to deliver integrated people solutions that align with business objectives Required qualifications: 3+ years of relevant HR or related experience, with proficiency in HR analytics and employee relations Experience with HR case handling and employee relations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and collaborate across People Team functions in a fast-paced environment
