Administrative Director-Homecare

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

As our Administrative Director Homecare you will:

• Provide oversight of the overall operations of Homecare interdisciplinary teams within your assigned location.

• Provide direction and operational leadership to Patient Care Directors and their respective departments.

• Support agency growth initiatives and serve as a liaison between offices, internal departments, external organizations, and community partners.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, agency policies, licensing standards, and accrediting agencies.

• Manage staffing levels across nursing, social work, and home health aide teams while supporting the development of interdisciplinary therapy services.

• Supervise managers and staff in accordance with organizational leadership practices with a focus on employee engagement and team development.

• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and in-service programs.

• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on operational excellence and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

Education:

• Registered Nurse (RN)

• BSN required

• Master's degree preferred

Experience:

• Five (5) or more years of homecare experience preferred

• Infusion, pediatric, and/or acute care clinical experience desirable

• Prior management experience with demonstrated ability to supervise and lead teams

Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and service line

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business office environment with regular use of phone and computer; frequent interaction with staff, patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.

Pay Transparency

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $146,000 . When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
