This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising production staff, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate shop personnel and daily production activities. Schedule and prioritize work to maximize productivity and meet customer deadlines. Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, pickups, and deliveries. Lead and support shift supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment. Train, mentor, and coach employees as needed. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records. Qualifications 2-5 years of manufacturing experience required. 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience in heat treating or metal manufacturing is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Reliable transportation required. Why Apply?
