Shift Manager As part of flexible scheduling, we strive for a 4 days on 3 days off work week. Responsibilities and Qualifications Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain Great Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers. Duties may include planning and monitoring each shift, taking action to ensure standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We look for positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned restaurants.
