Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the greater Denton, TX area. Bring your expertise to a single school, providing essential speech-language services to an enthusiastic young caseload. This full-time assignment begins August 12, 2026, and runs through May 28, 2027, offering the chance to make a lasting impact throughout the academic year.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas (TX SLP License) required
• Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Skilled in pediatric caseloads, with specialization in elementary-age children
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students as needed
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and maintain compliance with state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate students' success
• Serve a manageable elementary caseload within one school—no SLPA supervision required
