Responsibilities Assist in implementing prescribed treatment plans to support patient recovery. Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical policies. Prepare treatment areas and equipment while following safety guidelines. Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and healthcare staff. Attend facility meetings and ongoing professional development courses. Ensure adherence to OSHA, Medicare, and other healthcare standards. Requirements Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or an equivalent international program. Licensure: Active and valid state PTA license or certification. Skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Organizational and time management skills.
