Primary Care Physician

PMR Illinois Holding, LLC d/b/a JenCare Senior Medical Center is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services to senior/geriatric patients. This role focuses on preventive and therapeutic medical services, emphasizing the unique needs of older adults. Join a rapidly expanding team dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors.

- May work at other JenCare Senior Medical Center sites in Cook County.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive health care focusing on preventive/therapeutic medical services for senior/geriatric patients
- Examine patients for symptoms of organic/congenital disorders and determine nature/extent of injury/disorder
- Refer to diagnostic images/tests, and use medical instruments/equipment
- Focus on both prevention/treatment of diseases/disabilities in older adults
- Prescribe medication and recommend dietary/activity programs, as indicated by diagnosis
- Refer patients to medical specialists to address specific medical issues when appropriate
Compensation
- Salary: $242,000/year
- PAY RANGE: $214,700 - $306,714 Salary

- Medical Degree or foreign equivalent
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Illinois State Medical license
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
