We’re looking for someone who excels in customer focus and experience, and can connect with our customers on a daily basis. This role will work closely with our service technicians to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure all available options are presented based on the plumber’s findings. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly explain the need for services and help customers understand any issues. Since plumbers often aren’t known for exceptional customer interaction, we want to change that by having another person on-site to uphold our values—wearing shoe covers, putting down floor coverings during work, ensuring plywood is used for excavation jobs, and making sure cleanup is thorough across the company. This position also involves follow-ups after jobs are completed to make sure nothing was overlooked during the process.
