Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Trauma ICU for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. This medical and surgical critical care position involves providing advanced care in a fast-paced Level One Trauma Center ICU. The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge therapies and become an integral part of an award-winning team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. Job Details Position Description: Day/Evening, 12-hour shifts between 7:00am-11:30pm, including every other weekend rotation and some holidays. Required Qualifications: Current RN license (WI or compact), at least 2 years of ICU experience in medical, surgical, and trauma settings, ACLS and BLS certifications, Epic electronic charting experience, and proficiency in arterial line management, airway management, medication administration, and ventilator care. Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Must pass a telemetry test prior to start with two attempts allowed. Inpatient RN travelers should have two years of recent acute care experience within the last three years in the specialty submitted. Travelers are required to float as needed. Local rule: 50 miles from the facility; locals not accepted. Submittal Requirements: Clear demonstration of required certifications and clinical qualifications, including successful completion of the telemetry exam.
