We are seeking a Dietary Manager who takes pride in creating a positive dining experience for our residents and leading a team that understands the importance of quality nutrition, food safety, and excellent customer service.

As Dietary Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring meals are prepared and served safely, efficiently, and in accordance with residents' dietary needs and preferences.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations

• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents

• Participate in the facility’s budgeting process

• Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively

• Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

• Current ServSafe Manager Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
