Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Vascular Technologist to join a growing imaging team. This full-time float opportunity supports multiple outpatient imaging locations throughout Central New Jersey, including:

• Edison, NJ
• Maplewood, NJ
• Warren, NJ
• Bridgewater, NJ
• Bedminster, NJ

This role is ideal for an experienced sonographer who enjoys variety, values patient care, and thrives in a collaborative imaging environment.

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for ultrasound and vascular procedures
• Explain imaging procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Perform high-quality ultrasound and vascular examinations
• Capture and evaluate diagnostic images of organs, tissues, and blood vessels
• Identify potential abnormalities and communicate findings appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
• Operate, adjust, and maintain ultrasound equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and imaging staff to support quality patient care

Requirements

• ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or ARRT Registered in Vascular Sonography
• ARDMS certification in at least one of the following:
  • Abdomen
  • Breast
  • OB/GYN
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple ARDMS specialty certifications
• Experience in an outpatient imaging environment
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations
