Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Crestwood, KY. This role focuses on providing exceptional outpatient care, emphasizing typical ortho populations, TMJ/dizziness, and post-op patients in a supportive environment. Must have outpatient experience and be willing to manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week without floating to other clinics.

Key responsibilities of the Physical Therapist include:

• Provide specialized therapy for typical ortho patients, TMJ/dizziness, and post-op recovery
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day with follow-up visit scheduling
• Maintain productivity expectations with 60 visits per week

Requirements of the Physical Therapist include:

• Outpatient experience required
• New grads or first-time travelers will not be accepted
