Orthopedic Sports Medicine Opportunity | Central Wisconsin | Partnership Track Join a collaborative, physician-led orthopedic group in Central Wisconsin with high procedural volume and a strong referral network. This Sports Medicine role offers a dynamic mix of clinic, ASC, and hospital-based practice, a clear path to partnership, and the opportunity to grow your practice while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Practice Overview 4 orthopedic surgeons + 1 foot & ankle specialist , with subspecialty support in spine, hand, and total joint Practice-owned ASC, walk-in ortho clinic, onsite MRI, and therapy services all located in the main clinic Dedicated APP support; incoming surgeon may have their own PA/NP for clinic and OR coverage Mix of sports-focused procedures including arthroscopic shoulder, knee, and hip, with access to both ASC and hospital ORs Schedule Approx. 20 patients/day , split between clinic and OR 1:5 call, moving to 1:6 in 2026; call burden typically includes 2 calls/week and 1-2 surgeries (mostly hip fractures) OR time split between efficient ASC (on-site, overnight capabilities) and affiliated hospital (Level III trauma) Weekly sports surgical volume 5-8 cases Compensation & Benefits First-year salary of $400,000 with sign-on bonus Partnership after Year 1 with low buy-in; surgeons keep all collections Ancillary income examples: ~$400K from EMR/therapy and ~$1M from surgical profits Benefits include 100% paid health insurance, 4 weeks PTO + 9 holidays, 401k with 10% match, malpractice with tail, and $2,500 CME Candidate Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon Comfortable with a broad arthroscopic case mix, including ACLs, labral repairs, and sports trauma Open to growth, teamwork, and community engagement Community & Location Highlights Family-friendly community with strong public schools and affordable housing Ample outdoor recreation including water sports, hunting, fishing, and snow activities Located in Central Wisconsin with easy access to airports in Madison and Milwaukee Low cost of living and close-knit feel make this an excellent place to put down roots Inquire now to see how this position can help you build the career and balance you deserve. #J-18808-Ljbffr
