Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR ### ***ONCOLOGY CLINIC*** ***MUST BRING OWN STETHOSCOPE*** REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience Required Traveler Experience: Clinic WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Traveler with Outpatient Oncology Experience Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes ***Outpatient Oncology Experience Required*** Certs: BLS ***MUST BRING OWN STETHOSCOPE*** PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Skills: Administration of Chemotherapy, Starting IVs Certs: OCN JOB DETAILS: -RATIOS: 20 Visits/Day; 4 Rooms -SHIFT: *40 Hours Can Be Offered -Will Accept 13 Weeks. -8-HOUR DAYS; 08:00 - 17:00; Monday - Friday -Call Requirement: NONE -Float Requirement: YES, as needed to similar centers/clinics -Weekend Requirement: NONE PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Medical Oncology and Non-Malignant Hematology SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: ***These nurses are more of a triage position with Oncology experience. They speak with patients in the clinic about their coordinating care, call patients with results, triage phone calls, patient education, etc. ***They do not do chemo/infusion at all at this facility*** Traveler responsibilities: Assigned to 1-2 providers, coordination of care, patient education, and follow up. ***Outpatient Oncology work setting experience is Required AND EPIC experience is Required*** ***Best case fitting candidate for the Clinic would have both outpatient oncology experience and EPIC experience. But we can SCREEN if a Candidate has at least one of these 2 Requirements.
