Customer Service Specialist – Bahamas Vacations

Location: [West Palm Beach, FL] (On-site – 9th Floor Office with Golf Course & Lake Views!)

Job Type: Full-time and Part time.

Pay Range: $ 20.00/Hourly Rate.

For over 35 years , we’ve been helping travelers create unforgettable vacation memories in the Bahamas. We operate out of a professional, high-energy office with a stunning 9th-floor view overlooking a beautiful golf course and lake. The Role

We are looking for punctual, upbeat, and customer-focused Customer Service Specialists to help our clients set up their dream Bahamas vacations. If you have a fun personality, love talking to people you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Do

Assist clients over the phone with setting up and confirming their Bahamas vacation.
Provide warm, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable customer support to ensure a seamless booking experience.
Answer inquiries regarding trip details, travel requirements, and local island highlights.
Collaborate with a high-energy team to meet daily service and satisfaction goals.
