Technical Trainer

My client, a global consulting firm, is looking for experienced Technical Training Facilitators based out of Birmingham, Alabama to deliver ILT sessions and some vILT sessions for an Oracle (CC&B and C2M) implementation for a large organization in the utility industry. This is a full time 1099 contract. The majority of in person training sessions are for a full day, up to 4 days per week, 3 weeks out of the month on average. All travel expenses to be reimbursed. Job Requirements 3+ years' experience in delivering in person technical/system based training (virtual experience strongly preferred as well) Must have experience delivering training for utilities clients (if not, must have extensive experience delivering training for Telecom or Internet Service Providers) Strong preference for candidates based in Birmingham, Alabama Strong preference for candidates with experience training Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, Oracle C2M, or Oracle Service Cloud Extensive experience in delivering training both virtually and in person Availability & Ability to Travel for Heavy In-Person Delivery Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Must be highly flexible and adaptable Must be able to work well and collaborate with others Must have strong written and verbal communication skills BA/BS in Education or related field and equivalent experience in facilitation of learning is desired Timeline February 2, 2026-September 30, 2026 Location Birmingham, AL (may require light travel to Atlanta for Train the Trainer and meetings) Schedule 40 hours/ full-time; In-Person Delivery- 4 full day training sessions per week, 3 weeks out of the month on average Target Rate $60-63/hr as 1099 Other Background check and drug screen is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
