ServiceNow Solution Architect (Logistics and TMS)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills This is a leadership role with TCS ESU (TSS) and involves highly satisfying work in the field of proactive value creation and problem solving for stakeholders involved. o Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Architect who will assist the team and client in planning, platform technical advisory and guidance. o Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments o Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation o Provide ServiceNow Platform and product technical subject matter expert (SME) assistance. o Leads upgrade planning and execution o Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc. o Provides configuration assistance to developers o Collect product and service requirements from business stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with enterprise needs. o Design and communicate Technical Architecture Blueprint based on capability and technical requirements to align to business outcomes. o Agree and confirm with Client the technical design and integration requirements for the required integration of system interfaces. o Manage system documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles. o Contribute in creating design documents and runbooks as needed. o Articulate the functional and technical requirements into a high-level design document which can be used by developers to perform Implementation. o Participate in client meetings and act as a mediator between the client and delivery team on technical aspects. • Post Year 1, as the platform and processes stabilize, the functional responsibilities currently performed by the BA will transition to the Senior Developer and Support Lead, with continued collaboration with K&E Product Owners for prioritization and backlog management

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certification Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more areas
