• Support live M&A, capital markets, project finance, and restructuring engagements within energy and infrastructure

• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and investment memoranda focused on energy and infrastructure opportunities

• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution for sector-specific deals

• Collaborate with senior bankers and sector specialists on energy and infrastructure client strategy and deal execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
