Stock Associate

Position Objective The Stock Associate is responsible for supporting store operations by accurately receiving, organizing, replenishing, and moving merchandise. This role ensures the stockroom is maintained in accordance with company standards and supports the sales team by providing timely access to products. Essential Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including tagging, steaming, and merchandising support Replenish merchandise to the sales floor as needed Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness Process transfers, returns, damages, and markdowns Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock handling procedures Support customer service needs by locating merchandise for the sales team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail or stock experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
