Employee Relations Consultant - Caseload & Performance Guidance

State of Alaska

State of Alaska seeks an experienced Employee Relations consultant to provide journey level HR guidance to assigned client agencies, managing a diverse caseload from informal consultations to progressive discipline. The role supports the Division of Personnel's mission by delivering centralized expertise and tools that help state employees resolve personnel issues with accountability and respect.
