Senior Manager, Training Premium Experience and Hospitality

Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges, North Americais seeking a Service and Training Director of Premium Experiencessupportingour portfolio of exclusive first-class lounges. You will be responsible for developing and facilitating training for all lounges. This manager will be a hands‑on leader, and have the flexibility to travel (approximately 80%) across the country, as needed. Developing training guidelines and implementation, creating and executing standard operating procedures, with a luxury focus. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
